Interest contained in each individual is different. Interest in a person gives in its activities to achieve goals. WS Winkel (2004:188) "The interest is defined as the persistent tendency of subjects to feel interested in the subject or a certain subject. And was pleased to learn that the study ". Understanding Sales Service
Philip Kotler (2002: 508) says "After sales service is a service provided by the company to a customer after the sale". Meanwhile, according to Hindle and Thomas in Tjiptono Fandy (2008: 32) "After sales service is a service provided by the manufacturer to the consumer after the consumer buys the product from the company".
Based on the above definition it can be concluded that after-sales service is an activity that is executed after the delivery of products to consumers for the purchase, which is valid for any customer service or relationship ties in various service activities.

Customer-centered organization (Customer-Centered) provide ample opportunity for its customers to submit suggestions and complaints, for example by providing a suggestion box, providing comment cards and so forth. This information can give you ideas and input to the company and allow it to react and respond quickly to resolve the issue.

"Retailing is the final stage in the progression of merchandise from producer to consumer". (Dunne and Lusch, 2005: 4). Meanwhile, according to Berman and Evans (1992: 14): " Retailing is those business activities involved in the sale of good and sevice to consumers for their personal, family or household use ". Of opinion which has been described that can be concluded that retailing is a form of business that sells products and services directly to final consumers for consumption.

Learning Achievement

According Muhibbin Shah (2008: 91) learning achievement is the "level of student success in learning the subject matter in schools that are expressed in the form of scores obtained from the results of tests on a particular subject matter". Meanwhile, according to Tu'u Sincere (2004: 75) "learning achievement is the acquisition of knowledge or skills that are developed by subject matter, usually indicated by test scores or numerical value is assigned by teachers". Based on the understanding that it can be concluded that learning achievement is the success rate of students in schools that are expressed in the form of a numerical value.

Definition of Independence Learning

Independence of learning is often referred to as Self-Regulated Learning (SRL). Blended Learning Model is basically a combination of learning excellence are carried out face-to-face and virtually. According to Semler (2005): "Blended learning combines the best aspects of online learning, structured face-to-face activities, and real world practice. Online learning systems, classroom training, and on-the-job experience have major drawbacks by Themselves. The blended learning approach uses the strengths of each to counter the others' weaknesses. "
Blended learning is an ease of learning that combines a variety of ways of delivery, models of teaching and learning styles, introducing a variety of media options with the facilitator of dialogue between people who received the teaching. Blended learning as well as a combination of direct instruction (face-to-face) and online teaching, but more than that as an element of social interaction. Blended learning is the learning that is supported by an effective combination of means of delivery, teaching and learning styles are different and are found in open communication among all parts involved with the training ".
